Refurbishing our previous home prior to putting it on the market

We are painting and re-flooring our previous home prior to putting it on the market. We chose "Kilim Beige" as the color for the walls. We need to select a carpet and vinyl that will flow well with this color, and with the fireplace surrounds in the living room and family room (see below).

Master bath is currently carpeted except by the shower and in the WC. The redo will have vinyl throughout the master bath. Only the walk-in closet off the master bath will be carpeted.
